• Fitness Insight… Get some!

I believe the WODs that become significant emotional events, the real suck-fests, have a far greater benefit than the physical improvements they inflict. They require and reinforce mental strength. All WODs, when performed “as Rx’ed,” require these attributes. But Linda, Murph, Fight Gone Bad, and some of their cousins really require you to dig deep to get through them. — Jim Decker, http://www.crossfit.com/journal/library/51-06-ForgingMentalFitness.pdf

4 x 400 meter

An important benchmark WOD to Kirez. Also our 2nd CrossFit WOD ever.

We did this 3 months ago on January 24th.
Kirez’s times then: 1:10, 1:34, 1:29, 1:26
Tash’s times then: 2:04, 2:14, 2:22, 2:23

Tonight:
Kirez: 1:03, 1:13, 1:12, 1:14
Tash: 1:46, 1:59, 2:17, 2:20

PRs for both of us. Kirez’s goal is to run a sub-60. Need to drop another 4 seconds.

Totals comparison… Kirez 5:39 vs. 4:42. Tash 9:03 vs. 8:22
I dropped 0:57 from my total, Tash dropped 0:41 from hers.

Looks like you’ll need to update your single.php template to show who wrote a post (and you can configure your user information in WP Admin to display your names rather than just ‘admin’ or whatever).
